Product obligations

Each product on the Site is shown with its name, description and price in Azerbaijani manat.

Product photos are illustrative. The colour and appearance of the actual product may differ slightly from the photo.

If a particular characteristic of a product matters to you, you can check the details with us by phone before paying.

We undertake to hand over goods that:

• match the order in name and quantity;
• correspond to the description published on the Site;
• are of proper quality and fit for their ordinary purpose.

If a product turns out to be defective or does not match the order, contact us. We review the request and, once the defect or mismatch is confirmed:

• replace the product with one of proper quality, or
• refund the amount paid for it.

A refund for a card payment is made to the same card through the payment system. The detailed procedure is described on a separate page.

Payment, delivery and returns

When receiving an order, the customer should:

• check the items, their quantity and the condition of the packaging;
• tell us about any defect or mismatch as soon as it is found;
• keep the proof of purchase;
• not use a product that they intend to return or exchange.

The Company is not responsible for defects that arise after handover through the customer’s fault, in particular as a result of:

• using the product other than for its intended purpose;
• mechanical damage or other external impact;
• improper storage.

A slight difference in colour or appearance from the photo on the Site is not considered a defect.
