Terms of use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to the website https://aaauditholding.com (the “Site”) and to every application, order and payment made through it.

By using the Site, submitting an application or placing an order, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to them. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not place orders through the Site.

The Privacy and Cookie Policy, the Payment, Delivery and Returns page and the Product Obligations page form an integral part of these Terms.

The Site is operated by AA Audit Holding, based in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan (the “Company”, “we”). The Company provides audit, accounting, tax and financial consulting services and sells office supplies and stationery through the Site.

Our current address, telephone numbers, e-mail address and working hours are shown in the contact block at the end of this page.

• Products and services are presented on the Site with a description and, where one has been set, a price.
• All prices on the Site are given in Azerbaijani manat (AZN, ₼).
• Some services have no online price because their cost depends on the scope of work. Such services are requested through the application form, after which we contact you to discuss the terms.
• We may change the range of products and services, their descriptions and prices at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been paid.

We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate. If an obvious error in a price or description is found after an order has been placed, we contact you before the order is fulfilled so that you can confirm the order on the corrected terms or cancel it. If you cancel, the amount already paid is refunded.

An order is placed on the Site as follows:

• you add products and/or services that have a price to the cart;
• at checkout you enter your name and phone number; an e-mail address and a note are optional;
• after you confirm the order, you are taken to the payment page.

After an order has been placed, we contact you by phone to confirm it and to agree on the details of its fulfilment.

An order may also be prepared by the Company at your request and sent to you as a payment link. These Terms apply to such orders in the same way.

If we are unable to fulfil an order in whole or in part, we inform you and refund the amount paid for the part that cannot be fulfilled.

Orders placed on the Site are paid by bank card (Visa or Mastercard) in Azerbaijani manat through the Payriff payment system (payriff.com).

Card details are entered on the secure page of Payriff. The Site does not receive or store your card number.

The method and timing of the delivery or handover of goods, and any delivery cost, are agreed with you by phone when the order is confirmed. Services are provided according to the agreement or contract concluded with you.

Goods can be exchanged or returned, and payments refunded, under the conditions described on a separate page.

Payment, delivery and returns

When using the Site, you undertake to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information about yourself, in particular a phone number at which we can reach you;
• use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• pay only with a bank card that you are entitled to use;
• not place orders on behalf of another person without that person’s consent;
• not interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to other users’ data;
• not share with anyone the one-time SMS code sent to you for signing in.

The texts, design, logos, graphics, photographs and other materials on the Site belong to the Company or are used by it lawfully, and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Site materials may be viewed and saved for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, distributing or otherwise using them for commercial purposes requires the prior written consent of the Company.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and its content accurate, but we do not guarantee that the Site will work without interruptions or errors at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

• interruptions caused by technical maintenance, failures of communication networks or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
• the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer;
• the operation of third-party services, including the payment system and banks, and of external websites linked from the Site.

General information published on the Site about audit, accounting, tax and financial matters is provided for information only and does not replace professional advice given under a service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumers have under the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update. An order is governed by the version in force at the time it was placed.

These Terms and the relations between you and the Company arising from the use of the Site are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Any disagreement is first resolved through negotiation: contact us using the details at the end of this page and we will review your request. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is considered by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
